Count 2024 Grand Prix podiums for each constructor with at least one podium. A podium is a result whose numeric position is 1, 2 or 3. Count podium result rows, so a constructor can earn two in one race. Return integer constructor_id, constructor name as constructor, and numeric podiums. Order by podiums descending, then constructor_id ascending. Exclude sprints.
