For each driver who won a 2024 Grand Prix after starting from grid position 1, count those wins. Use grid and position in results, not qualifying position. Return integer driver_id, the full driver name as driver, and numeric pole_wins. Order by pole_wins descending, then driver_id ascending. Include only drivers with at least one such win.
