For every season from 2010 through 2024 inclusive, identify the driver in position 1 in driver_standings after that season's last race. Determine each season's last race by its largest numeric round. Return integer year, integer driver_id, full driver name as driver, points as REAL and wins as an integer. Order by year ascending, then driver_id ascending. Use the final cumulative standings rather than adding points from every snapshot.
