Find every streak of at least two consecutive 2024 championship rounds won by the same driver. Use Grand Prix winners from results, not sprints. Consecutive means adjacent numeric rounds in the season, not successive appearances by that driver. Return integer driver_id, full driver name as driver, numeric streak_length, integer first_round and integer last_round. Order by streak_length descending, driver_id ascending, then first_round ascending. Return all qualifying streaks, not just each driver's longest.
