Hard · Formula 1 · Tables: lap_times, races, drivers
For each 2024 race with lap_times data, return every recorded lap tied for that race's smallest positive numeric milliseconds. Exclude zero and negative lap times. Return integer race_id, race name as race, integer driver_id, full driver name as driver, integer lap and integer lap_ms. Order by numeric championship round ascending, driver_id ascending, then lap ascending. Include all exact ties, not just one lap. This asks about recorded lap_times rows, not the official fastest-lap points or fastestLap in results.
