Count distinct non-NULL venue strings in every season. Treat differently spelled venue names as distinct; do not merge them. Return columns season, venues, in that order. Order by the first match date in each season, then season. All source columns have TEXT affinity: cast numeric inputs before numeric comparisons or calculations. Counts and calculated numeric outputs must be numbers, not text.
