For season '2024' and regular innings 1 and 2, total total_runs within each batting_team, match, inning and zero-based over. Return every over tied for that team's largest over total. Return match_id and inning as integers; over_number is the stored zero-based over plus one. Return columns batting_team, match_id, inning, over_number, runs, in that order. Order by batting_team, then numeric match_id, inning and over_number, all ascending. All source columns have TEXT affinity: cast numeric inputs before numeric comparisons or calculations.
