Count driver records by non-NULL nationality. Include only nationalities with at least ten driver records. Return columns nationality, drivers, in that order. Order by drivers descending, then nationality ascending. All source columns have TEXT affinity: cast numeric inputs before numeric comparisons or calculations. Counts and calculated numeric outputs must be numbers, not text.
