Count all qualifying records whose q2 is SQL NULL, empty, or whitespace-only. This measures missing recorded times, not proven eliminations. Return columns missing_q2, in that order. Return exactly one row. All source columns have TEXT affinity: cast numeric inputs before numeric comparisons or calculations. Counts and calculated numeric outputs must be numbers, not text.
