Count races in year '2024' grouped by their circuit's non-NULL country. Use race records rather than results or sprint classifications. Return columns country, races, in that order. Order by races descending, then country ascending. All source columns have TEXT affinity: cast numeric inputs before numeric comparisons or calculations. Counts and calculated numeric outputs must be numbers, not text.
