Sum numeric results.points for each constructor in year '2024'. Return integer constructor_id, constructor name and gp_points as a numeric sum. Include zero-point constructors with result rows. Exclude sprints: these totals are not final championship standings. Return columns constructor_id, constructor, gp_points, in that order. Order by gp_points descending, then constructor_id ascending. All source columns have TEXT affinity: cast numeric inputs before numeric comparisons or calculations. Counts and calculated numeric outputs must be numbers, not text.
