For every race in year '2024', count associated pit_stops rows. Keep races with no recorded stops and show zero for them. Return integer race_id and race name. Return columns race_id, race, recorded_stops, in that order. Order by numeric championship round ascending, then numeric race_id ascending. All source columns have TEXT affinity: cast numeric inputs before numeric comparisons or calculations. Counts and calculated numeric outputs must be numbers, not text.
