Count races for each year from 1999 through 2024, then report 2000 through 2024. previous_year_races is the preceding year’s count; change is the current count minus that count. Return year as an integer. Return columns year, races, previous_year_races, change, in that order. Order by year ascending. All source columns have TEXT affinity: cast numeric inputs before numeric comparisons or calculations. Counts and calculated numeric outputs must be numbers, not text.
